Senior Sales Agency Support Executive
The IR Manager will support all investor relations activities to expand the company image and shareholder values. This position will be responsible for assisting the IR and Fund-Raising Director with strategies, investor presentations, and fund-raising-related activities with local and international institutions:
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a good relationship with Vietnam and international financial institutions, securities companies, funds, and capital investors.
- Support to build investor confidence & belief in the company's vision and strategy.
- Collaborate and recommend solid investor relations activities, processes, and frameworks.
- Provide support with ongoing information market activity insights and present them to the leadership team.
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
- Prepare and update the company's quarterly and annual reports.
- Arrange conferences, corporate and site visits, roadshows, and city tours.
- Prepare and update communication documents, including the investment memorandum/presentation/ pitch deck for IR and the fund-raising effort.
